Cancellation & Refunds
Order cancellation
As most of our products are made in small batches, we begin processing your order quickly. You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us on WhatsApp or email with your order number.
Return / exchange
To maintain hygiene standards for kidswear, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges for size/fit once the product is delivered, unless there is a clear defect or we have shipped the wrong item.
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
- Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Unboxing video or clear photos may be requested to verify the issue.
Refunds
Once a cancellation or return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original mode of payment within 7–10 working days. For COD orders, we may issue a bank transfer or wallet credit after confirming your details.
